United Premier Medical Group Limited ("UPMG" or "the Group") was founded in 2000. The Group aims at creating a new business paradigm for delivering premium healthcare services in China.
The Group introduces top-notch Western technology, equipment, medical know-how and hospital management expertise from the United States into China with a provision of localized services and Hong Kong's overall coordination and management as the headquarter of the business. With this combination, the Group is capable of bridging the cultural, technological and medical gaps between the US and China and delivering high standards of healthcare services in China for meeting the ever-increasing demand of the Chinese middle-class.

Johns Hopkins Hospital has been ranked top in the Honor Roll of the U.S. News & World Report over the past 17 years, demonstrating strong breadth of excellence in the fields such as obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, urology, otolaryngology and geriatrics.
By integrating advanced Western technology and service concepts, UPMG has been able to deliver high standard of healthcare services to the Chinese people. The Group is also the first-mover in adopting the business model of consultancy in China. UPMG will continue to search for business partners to form specialty hospital joint venture to further expand its business in China. The Group is providing premium obstetrics and gynecology services in major Chinese cities and will develop specialty health centers and other healthcare services in the near future.

Business Overview
UPMG adopts three approaches of medical consultancy, hospital management and specialty hospital joint venture as the forms of cooperation in China. Over the past 6 years, we have successfully signed co-operative agreements with top-notch OB/GYN hospitals and initial VIP Maternity & GYN Centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuxi, Foshan, Changsha, Xiamen and Hangzhou. We have been under contract to set up 7 VIP Maternity & GYN Centers in these cities. And we will further extend its service network across China within five years. UPMG will therefore develop into a chained specialized healthcare operation on a nation-wide scale across China.The target markets of UPMG are the affluent Chinese cities and regions, such as the Changjiang River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Huabei region. The Group will team up with the top-notch medical institutions in China to establish VIP Maternity & GYN Centers. The VIP obstetric units provide a comfortable environment, superb medical treatment, professional services with the use of the latest equipment to accommodate the well-heeled and middle-class citizens in the country.By collaborating with UPMG, the mainland medical institutes are able to improve its service quality as well as the economic and social efficiency. What's more, they can fulfill the objective of linking with the international standards by bearing the prestigious brand name of USA healthcare institutions.
