Requirements:
Degree or above in Translation, Communications or Commercial related subject
At least 8 years of working experience, preference will be given to person who has healthcare or pharmaceutical background
Experience in supporting senior management is a definite advantage
Draft formal and official Chinese and English correspondences and perform translation
Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Extremely well-organised skill. Detail-oriented and proactive

Good command of computer knowledge, including Chinese word processing

Senior Consultant – Hospital Administration (station in Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
Review and facilitate the development and implementation of appropriate medical policies, standards and practices in each of the VIP Birthing Centers in China.
Coordinate the development of appropriate medical services for different centers.
Review and recommend the most cost-effective equipment configuration for each center.
Review the training needs of the clinical staff and coordinate the development of practical training program for them.
Participate in periodic management and clinical meeting and reviews.
Requirements:
Recognized Obstetric and Gynecology specialist, had been awarded at least Associated Director level or equivalent.
At least 10 years of hospital management experience.
Able to communicate, read and write in English and use email.
Prepare to travel frequently between China and Hong Kong.

Hospital Management Administrator (station in Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
Lead managerical staff, health care professionals and supporting staff in the VIP Birthing Center in hospital to ensure to provide the highest standard of services.
Establish and implement strategic directions, operational objectives, plans and policies for the hospitals to maximize their potential.
Manage the daily operations of the VIP Birthing Center and work closely with the related associations and government to achieve the highest level of performance.
Manage resources within the hospital and be accountable for their results.
Requirements:
Degree in Hospital Management or Health Care Management.
At least 8 years’ relevant experience in hospital or health care management of which 5 years must be at senior managerial level.
Good connection or network with China government or related associations.
Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, innovative and committed to achieving strategic results.
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Willing to travel within China.
